Products are sold by “Hiker Real World Bicycles Oy”, Finnish Business ID: 3491673-8.
We sell products to Finland, EU, and internationally. All prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs. We also reserve the right to cancel any order.

Payment and Payment Methods:
We use Squarespace Payments as our payment service provider.
You can shop in our online store using the most common credit and debit cards.

Order and Payment Confirmation:
After a successful order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Sending confirmation emails requires that you provide your email address during checkout.
We usually ship orders within 48 hours. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation by then, feel free to contact us for an update.

Privacy:
All customer information is handled confidentially. Contact information provided during the order process will only be used to fulfill the order or to clarify any issues related to it.

Return Policy:
Customers have the right to return products within 14 days of receiving the order. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Products must be returned as parcel shipments in their original condition and packaging.
If you wish to return or exchange products after the inspection period, please contact us directly.

Hiker Real World Bicycles Oy is not responsible for delays, difficulties, or failures in delivery caused by force majeure events. We are also not responsible for orders being delayed or undelivered due to issues with internet or communication networks.
We reserve the right to cancel a transaction if the product was clearly listed with an incorrect price, meaning a price that significantly differs from its actual value.
