SHIPPING

All products are shipped from the Tunk headquarters in Helsinki, Finland. We usually ship out 1-2 times per week mostly via UPS.

The webshop calculates shipping automatically at checkout. If the price seems odd or no shipping is available for your region, feel free to contact us.

When ordering a frame, we can fit a lot of stuff into the same box. Wheelsets and small parts will be shipped without extra cost.

TARIFFS, TAXES AND OTHER COSTS

For customers in the EU, your local VAT is automatically calculated and included in the price.

For customers outside the EU, the tax is not included and you are responsible for your local taxes and import duties. You can ask us for more info if you are unsure.

For import tariffs into the USA:

The situation is changing but the latest info we have is that an extra tariff charge is applied when the package arrives at US customs. For frames this has been 10% on top of the price, no extra for shipping. Other components have a  5-15% extra charge depending on product class

RETURNS

Customers have the right to return products within 14 days of receiving the order. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Products must be returned to our door, not to a pick-up point, as parcel shipments in their original condition and packaging.

If you wish to return or exchange products after the inspection period, please contact us directly.

See the separate Warranty -page for complete info. We will always try to find the best solution, so don’t hesitate to contact us by email if you have any problems with your product!

PRODUCTS

All Tunk products are designed by our 3 person team, with sometimes some outside help from friends etc.

We mostly make our products in Europe, here in Finland and at FORT Frames in Czechia. 

We also sell other brands that fit our philosophy. If you want to suggest products, your own or just something you like, we can consider stocking it! Send us an email.
